NDIS Reform now Law

On 19 August 2026, the Australian Parliament passed the National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment (Securing the NDIS for Future Generations) Bill 2026.
This means there are some changes coming to the NDIS to secure it for the long term. These include who can access the NDIS, how plans are managed, how funding is used and how providers operate.
